Job summary

Wyld in Illinois (Melrose Park) seeks a Packaging Support team member to efficiently package product inventory while upholding quality and safety standards. You will count, label, assemble, bag, and box items, perform basic visual inspections, and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Experience in production or packaging, ability to follow instructions, and 21+ years old are required; this is a full-time, hourly

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience in a production or packaging environment.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• Must obtain all state required permits, licenses, certifications.

Responsibilities

• Packaging product inventory in an efficient and effective manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Maintain high-quality standards during shifts including QA/QC of all products.
• Work well with others in high-pressure situations with urgency.
• Communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the company.
• Report damaged, spoiled, or unsatisfactory products or equipment to supervisors.
• Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product.
• Perform other related duties as requested by supervisors.
