Wyld in Michigan, Lapeer, is hiring for a Packaging Support team member to efficiently package product inventory while upholding quality and safety standards. You will count, label, assemble, bag and box items into final packaging and perform basic visual inspections.

This non-exempt role requires accurate work under deadlines, collaboration with colleagues in a fast-paced setting, and adherence to state regulations.

Qualificações

• At least 6 months of related experience in production or packaging.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass background checks.
• Must communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Package product inventory efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Maintain high QA/QC standards during shifts.
• Work well with others in high-pressure situations.
• Communicate information and respond to questions from different levels.
• Report damaged, spoiled, or unusable products to supervisors.
• Notify if discrepancies in quantity or quality occur.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
