Job summary

Altium Packaging is looking for a Production Packaging Associate in Turners Falls, MA for a 12hr-C shift. The role involves proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring lines, inspecting bottles for quality, and ensuring correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements. The position requires basic math, basic computer skills, and a preference for a high school

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Loads, moves materials and operates packaging equipment.
• Ensures proper packaging of materials and finished products according to customer requirements.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects bottles during production, packaging and labeling for quality.
• Performs bottle inspections and drop tests as required.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas and replenishes packaging materials as needed.
