Job summary

Altium Packaging in Turners Falls, MA is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate. This role handles packaging of materials and finished products, loads and moves materials, and operates packaging equipment while following GMP.

You will perform bottle inspections, monitor lines, label packaging according to customer requirements, and maintain clean, organized workstations. The position requires basic math and computer skills, HS diploma preferred, and training within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• Preferred High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products.
• Load, move material and operate packaging equipment.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect bottle quality during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and restock supplies as needed.
