Job summary

Altium Packaging in Turners Falls, MA is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This role also loads, moves material, and operates packaging equipment while following GMP.

Responsibilities include safety, punctuality, teamwork, maintaining clean workstations, monitoring lines, inspecting bottles, labeling accuracy, and assisting with inventory and setup across shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
