GALLO in California is seeking a Packaging Tech to help move world-class wines from production to market. This hands-on role covers packaging and cellar operations, operating equipment, sanitation, wine movements, changeovers, quality checks, and production reporting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 months’ food/beverage production experience, or 18 months’ production experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be physically capable of performing tasks in bottling room or cellar operations.
• Work rotates day, swing or graveyard shifts; overtime as needed.
• Travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, meetings; no telecommuting.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and perform packaging and cellar operations including equipment operation, sanitation, wine movements, changeovers, quality checks, and production reporting.
• Gain experience with packaging machinery and support efficient production flow while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members across departments and contribute to continuous-improvement efforts.
