Job summary

Precept Wine & Spirits in Walla Walla, WA is seeking a Quality Control Tech to join our bottling line team. This full-time role performs QC analyses on finished goods and materials, follows SOPs and GMPs, and records results accurately.

Candidates should have 1–2 years manufacturing experience, the ability to lift 40–50 pounds, and a high school diploma or GED. The position requires standing, shift flexibility, and teamwork on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to lift 40–50 pounds.

• Ability to work extended hours including weekends when needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods on production floor.
• Work well with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to cross-train on bottling line functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control analyses of finished goods and materials per SOPs and GMPs.
• Operate and monitor laboratory instrumentation; document results.
• Follow SOPs; maintain meticulous records of procedures and results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies; communicate issues to leads.
• Complete documentation and save records on shared drive.
• Support safety and contribute to departmental performance targets.
