This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, accuracy in counting, and the ability to work as part of a team. Training will be provided, and adherence to GMP and safety procedures is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous bakery/food manufacturing/packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to monitor product quality during packaging.
• Basic math skills for product calculations and reading measurements.
• Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operators, Line Lead and Production Supervisor.
• Rotate as needed to support the line.
• Keep product flowing evenly on the lines.
• Inspect trays and boxes for debris and cleanliness.
• Pack finished product per product specifications.
• Bag and clip at Kwik-Loc station with correct lot code.
• Place products properly in shipping trays.
• Stack trays and boxes to recommended height.
• Transport finished product to designated areas with hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Must be able to count.
• Prepare work area for upcoming product and hand off to next crew.
• Finish tasks only after supervisor approval.
• Willing to train new staff.
• Know where emergency STOP and START/STOP are located.
• Wear gloves when handling ready-to-eat products.
• Support GMP, food safety, and related initiatives as priority.
• Follow all GMP procedures.
• Perform special requests by supervisor or Line Lead.
