Job summary

Skjodt-Barrett Foods Inc. in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging Machine Operator to run high-speed packaging and automated packaging machinery, and to set up and operate inkjet, laserjet, and Print & Apply printers.

You will ensure that all products meet quality, safety, and consistency standards while maintaining accurate production records in a state-of-the-art plant. This on-site role follows a 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with benefits eligibility after 60

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow high standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, monitor and run high-speed packaging machines as the final step of the production line.
• Support investigations, including deviation investigations, equipment inspections, swabbing, sample pulls and documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure product quality and program compliance.
