Job summary

Novolex is seeking a packaging associate in Conyers, GA to oversee all packaging processes. You will inspect, pack, stack and wrap pallets, ensuring products meet quality standards. The role requires standing for a full 12-hour shift and working in a fast-paced production setting.

Compensation ranges from $18.03 to $19.67 per hour with day and night shifts. Training is provided, and safety practices are emphasized across a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is required.
• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package materials and finished goods.
• Pack, stack and wrap pallets and boxes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
• Assist line operations to ensure product quality.
• Train new packaging associates and enforce safety rules.
