Job summary

Quantix SCS LLC is seeking a Packaging Operator to perform essential packaging functions in a safe and productive environment. The role involves safe movement and packaging of customer products, paperwork completion, and potential forklift operation.

Adherence to safety, GMP, and 5S standards is required. Responsibilities include maintaining 100% uptime with proactive communication to management and maintenance, following site-specific requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

Pass background screening.
Pass drug and alcohol screening.
Pass safety council classes (HASC/ISTC).
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain safe packaging, material handling, and visual inspection operations within guidelines and policy.
Comply with all Company and customer safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
Utilize onsite Safety programs such as the JLA process.
Operate and maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S methodology.
Maintain housekeeping in designated workspace around the packaging and material handling operation.
Operate with quality assurance in adherence to standards and requirements.
Provide constructive procedural and operational improvement recommendations to Management.
Manage own time, activities, and resources to achieve objectives.
Perform tasks as assigned by supervision and/or management.
