Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a 2nd shift manufacturing operator for the Consumer Brands unit. The role runs Monday through Friday, 2:30pm–10:30pm, with overtime as needed and a $1.25 shift differential.

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Ensure that all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Willing to work weekend overtime shifts.
• Participate in HPS activities.
• DMS-Daily Management System: CILT, CL, DH or CILT-Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening or CL-Centerlining or DH-Defect Handling.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
