Henkel Corporation is seeking a 2nd shift manufacturing operator for the Consumer Brands unit. The role runs Monday through Friday, 2:30pm–10:30pm, with overtime as needed and a $1.25 shift differential.

You will operate machines, set up equipment, and help ensure product quality across laundry, home care, and hair care lines. The position requires maintaining daily production records, following safety protocols, and participating in Daily Management System activities to support efficient,

Responsabilidades

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Ensure that all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Willing to work weekend overtime shifts.
• Participate in HPS activities.
• DMS-Daily Management System: CILT, CL, DH or CILT-Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening or CL-Centerlining or DH-Defect Handling.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
