Holistic Health Group is seeking a Packaging Technician to package flower products both by hand and with automated equipment. You will work in a fast-paced production area focused on safety, sanitation, and accuracy to meet daily goals.
The role requires 1+ year of relevant experience, computer literacy, and strong teamwork, communication, and reliability. Full-time position with potential overtime and adherence to SOPs and CCC regulations.
The Packaging Technician reports to the Manager of Production. The ultimate objective of the Packaging Technician is to package products both by hand and utilizing automated operating equipment line efficiently and compliantly, while maintaining a safe production and sanitary work environment. The Packaging Technician assists the Director of Production with daily tasks, as needed, to maintain a productive work environment. The Packaging Technician is a full-time position and may be required to work overtime.

1) Packaging Suncrafted products correctly, efficiently, and within compliance
and sanitary standards according to HHG
and the CCC.
Production batches meet quality
standards for edibles and
packaging; and any issues are
reported to a supervisor or
management.
2) Maintains a sanitary and organized
workplace. Maintains a clean and organized
work space. Assists in keeping
the work areas and packaging
room(s) clean and free of clutter.
All equipment and packaging
area(s) and work areas are left in
a clean and organized fashion.
3) Maintaining compliance with the CCC as
well as all HHG regulations.
Compliance infractions are
always monitored and mitigated,
and management is notified.
4) Maintain accuracy/efficiency in the
product creation and producing labels on
all items being made ready for sale and/or
packaged.
All products are labeled correctly
(test results, package dates,
expiration dates).
5) Understand the importance of
attendance / reliability.
Observes prescribed work
break/meal periods and has an
acceptable overall attendance
record. Showcases accurate use
of time clocks as well as
rectifying mistakes through the
proper communication channels.
6) Cooperation / Commitment on a daily
basis.
Willingness to cooperate, work
and communicate with
coworkers, supervisors,
subordinates and/or outside
contacts. The employee accepts

8) All packagers must follow proper
employee conduct and character
guidelines.
Follows company policies,
procedures and work conduct
rules set by the Production
Director & employee handbook.
9) All packagers must package a minimum
of 350 units per shift.
Failure to meet daily goals 3x in a
month will result in a warning
and/or disciplinary action.
