Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of packaging, manufacturing, or production experience; leadership preferred.
• Solar manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging operations according to specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics for smooth workflow and on-time shipments.
• Train, supervise, and guide packaging team members ensuring safety compliance.
• Inspect packaging materials, equipment, and finished goods for quality.
• Monitor packaging material inventory and coordinate procurement to prevent shortages.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance.
• Implement and optimize packaging processes to cut waste and costs.
• Generate reports on packaging progress and performance.
• Serve as point of contact for packaging-related issues or discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
