Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Supervisory experience a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Capable of applying standardized work guidelines to safety, productivity, quality and delivery.
• Train employees in basic packaging skills and adherence to BOM notes and SOPs.
• Monitor safety and quality on the production floor and implement improvements.
• Coach and develop packaging team, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintain lean practices and daily reports.
