Job summary

Sigan America LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our re-work area and oversee 15–30 staff across five work groups, driving Lean improvements, scheduling, and end-to-end packaging operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong ERP and label software experience (Bartender/Zebra Designer), and a track record of maintaining safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a production or distribution supervisory role in packaging or kitting.
• Experience with ERP systems and label software (Bartender/Zebra Designer).
• Lean tools experience (Gemba walks, 5S) and root cause analysis.
• Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: translate demand into daily WOs and schedule tasks.
• ERP Management: post WOs in ERP and track labor hours and materials.
• Execution: oversee labeling, relabeling, boxing, bagging, coding and kitting.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: conduct Gemba walks and document hourly checks.
• Equipment Management: ensure label printers, coders, heat sealers are maintained.
• Inventory & Materials: maintain 100% inventory accuracy and manage WIP.
• Team Leadership & Scalability: supervise 15 staff and train temporary labor during peak.
