Cresco Labs seeks a dedicated Production Associate for evening shifts in our Brookville area facility. You will support packaging, labeling, and quality control tasks, ensuring accurate measures and adherence to delivery schedules.

The role requires leadership-like coordination, safety consciousness, and precise handling of materials. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a fast-paced production setting, strong attention to detail, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience training, leading or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.
• 1+ year in factory, production or manufacturing environment with measurable goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Able to work in fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by management.
• Detect errors and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Measure, package and label products as directed.
• Understand delivery schedules and PWOs relationship.
• Lead and motivate team; prioritize tasks based on PWO.
• Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality.
• Print compliance labels and maintain sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products between workspace and storage area.
• Ensure compliance and high-quality standards across functions.
