Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking a Lead Packaging Systems Engineer- Paper/General Industry to lead mechanical design for converting, packaging, and related capital projects. You will develop concepts, prepare bid designs, and interface with clients and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of industry-relevant experience in engineering of consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design on converting and packaging line projects.
• Manage capital projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop concepts, deliverables, effort hours, and cost estimates.
• Prepare design packages for bid and installation.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors regularly.
• Review designs through QAQC processes.
• Lead design reviews with internal and client teams.
• Provide startup support and troubleshooting.
