Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Packaging Support team member in Tucson, Arizona. You will efficiently package product inventory, count, label, assemble, bag, and box items while meeting quality and safety standards.

You will maintain a clean, organized work area, perform basic visual inspections, and report any product or equipment issues or discrepancies to supervisors. Teamwork is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience and/or training in a production or packaging environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
• Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Packaging product inventory in an efficient and effective manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area for yourself and other employees
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
• Maintain high-quality standards during shifts including constant QA/QC of all products being prepped and produced
• Ability to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgency
• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
• Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisors
• Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product
• Perform other related duties and tasks when requested by supervisors
