Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Packaging Inventory Manager based in Colorado. You will lead packaging, inventory and warehouse teams, ensuring accurate inventory from production through sale and coordinating with sales to fulfill orders.

The role requires 3+ years in packaging or logistics, strong leadership, and a focus on QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance. A fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in packaging/inventory, analytics, or logistics roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging operations and staffing; ensure quota attainment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and barcode/label integrity across systems.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts; manage transfers and shipments.
• Ensure SOP adherence, QA/QC, and compliant documentation.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and sales for product availability.
