Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines per prescribed methods to maintain production flow.
• Manage multiple equipment modules (fillers, cappers, cartoners, case packers).
• Follow safety rules and regulations (RIS, RIO, OSHA).
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and document related records.
• Train new operators on machine operation, safety, productivity, and quality.
• Handle minor troubleshooting, line washout, sanitization, and disassembly/assembly of fillers.
