Job summary

Arthrex Inc. is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee finished device packaging at Ave Maria, FL with a focus on meeting KPI targets while ensuring FDA/ISO quality compliance. First Shift 5:00am-3:30pm; M-TH and TU-FR… no SAT.

You will lead a team and coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and product quality. The role requires strong leadership, ability to learn SAP and related systems, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or an Associate’s degree with related experience; non-degreed candidates with direct FDA-regulated industry experience considered.
5 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution OR 3 years with a bachelor’s degree.
3 years of leadership experience preferred.
Experience in medical devices or another highly regulated industry preferred.
Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Assign personnel and direct workflow.
Maintain safety and quality objectives; enforce company policies.
Coordinate with Components Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Validation and Sterilization to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor and manage time clocks, attendance and performance reviews.
Ensure documentation of training activities and core KPI reporting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and address non-conformances with QA.
