Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Packaging Supervisor for our Ave Maria, FL site. The role oversees finished device production, drives KPI reporting, and coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure on-time delivery.

The first shift is scheduled 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday–Thursday and Tuesday–Friday, with no Saturday work. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in manufacturing, familiarity with FDA-regulated environments, and strong lean/continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred or an associate's with related experience.
• Non-degreed candidates with direct FDA-regulated industry experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Manage finished device production by using resources effectively and meeting KPIs.
• Resolve work order and inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Review master production schedule and propose changes to optimize resources.
• Coordinate with Component Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Validation and Sterilization to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with Engineering and Quality Assurance on non-conformances and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hire, discipline and discharge with HR guidance while ensuring policy compliance.
• Monitor training and document required training activities.
• Provide performance feedback and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee attendance and time clock management.
