Job summary

Maker's Pride in Illinois seeks a seasoned production supervisor to lead a large manufacturing team on the scheduled shifts and lines. You will drive GMP and 5S compliance, optimize labor and materials, and ensure safe, efficient production while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning operations, controlling costs, supervising 100+ staff, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with food and/or packaging experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data and delivery dates.
• Monitor inventory rotation of raw materials and packaging.
• Maintain a 5S environment and ensure GMP compliance.
• Supervise a large team and handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
