Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load products into trays or cases to prevent damage.
• Maintain hourly production targets.
• Train and motivate team members on performance and quality expectations.
• Oversee product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Adhere to production schedules and minimize waste; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Remove out-of-spec product and inform supervisor of non-conforming items.
• Maintain high production rates as directed by packaging lead and supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and ensure safe work practices.
• Assist line startups and changeovers.
• Keep area clean and organized at all times.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in problem solving.
• Support Crown Bakers objectives through teamwork and reliability.
