Crown Bakeries is seeking a Production Associate to oversee diverse production tasks and ensure high-quality output that meets customer specifications. You will help keep the production line running smoothly, assist in line startups and changeovers, and monitor product quality for compliance.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working in a noisy environment, and adhering to safety policies while contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

Qualificações

• Follow GMPs, food safety and quality policies.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work in a noisy production environment.
• Must be able to work in a team and individually as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Complete various production tasks as assigned by Production Operator.
• Clear jams from line and manage baking pans.
• Troubleshoot line stops and assist in line startups and changeovers.
• Oversee product quality and ensure compliance with customer specs.
• Maintain high production rates and minimize waste.
• Remove out-of-spec product and report non-conformances.
