Qualifications

• Follow GMPs, food safety standards and quality policies.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a production environment with adherence to safety.
• Report food safety incidents and deviations promptly.
• Willing to learn a wide variety of skills and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse production tasks as assigned to keep line running smoothly.
• Clear jams, manage pans, and assist with line startups and changeovers.
• Oversee product quality and ensure conformity to customer specifications.
• Maintain high production rates and minimize waste through proper handling of rework.
• Monitor side trimmings and notify when adjustments are needed.
• Remove out-of-spec product and inform supervisor of non-conformances.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment; attend safety meetings.
