Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator in Jackson, TN. This role involves packaging products efficiently, inspecting materials at each step to maintain quality and quantity standards, and ensuring orders meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will follow specifications, perform multiple packaging tasks, and work collaboratively on a fast-paced team. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, complying with TPM and 5S schedules, and accurately recording

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with emphasis on office/shop skills.
• Ability to read and understand numbers and follow packaging specifications.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed posted production hourly rates.
• Perform packaging tasks such as filling, marking, labeling, boxing, or wrapping.
• Pack customer orders to meet expectations.
• Inspect materials/products at each packaging step for quality.
• Verify order/product matches and remove defective items.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to TPM and 5S.
