Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a diligent Packer to safely package finished products and ensure quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will prepare packaging materials, inspect product quality, and maintain organized records while collaborating with production operators on start-ups, changes, and routine operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong safety mindset and safe work practices.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; plastics/extrusion background a plus.
• Basic math and ability to read specifications.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into cartons and prepare boxes for shipment.
• Label, tape, palletize cartons, and assist with machine start‑ups/shutdowns.
• Perform quality inspections and record production data accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area per 5S standards.
• Report defects or safety concerns immediately.
