Job summary

Wyld, headqu ar t ere d in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Packaging Support in New York - Long Island to join the Operations team. You will count, label, assemble, bag and box inventory, perform basic visual inspections, and report issues to supervisors.

This non-exempt role emphasizes accuracy under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will help keep work areas clean and safe, collaborate with colleagues, and adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of packaging/production experience or equivalent
• High urgency in fast-paced environments
• MS Office, Google, Slack; Jira experience preferred
• English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide)
• Occasional travel between buildings/sites
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with state age requirements (19+)
• Background checks may be required; permits/licenses may be needed

Responsibilities

• Package inventory efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
• Maintain high QA/QC standards during shifts
• Collaborate well in high-pressure situations
• Communicate information clearly to various levels
• Report damaged or unsatisfactory product or equipment
• Note discrepancies in quantities or quality
• Perform related duties as assigned
