Job summary

Wyld, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Packaging Support in Clackamas, Oregon to join the Packaging team. You will count, label, assemble, bag and box items into final packaging while upholding quality and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes core QA/QC, accurate reporting, and collaboration with teammates. Candidates should have basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience in a production or packaging environment.
• Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Must obtain all state required permits, licenses, certifications.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Package product inventory in an efficient and effective manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area for yourself and other employees.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Maintain high‑quality standards during shifts including constant QA/QC of all products being prepped and produced.
• Ability to work well with others in high‑pressure situations with a sense of urgency.
• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company.
• Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisors.
• Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product.
• Perform other related duties and tasks when requested by supervisors.
