Job summary

Wyldcanna, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a Packaging Support team member in Melrose Park, IL to assemble, bag, label, and box inventory while upholding safety and quality standards. You will perform basic QA/QC and report issues to supervisors in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include 6 months of packaging experience, strong English communication, and basic math skills. Must be 21+, able to pass a background check, and thrive under deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of related experience in production or packaging.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to obtain required state permits/certifications.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Package inventory efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Report damaged, spoiled, or unusable items to supervisors.
• Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality as needed.
• Support other packaging tasks as assigned by supervisors.
