Job summary

Wyld, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a Packaging Support team member in Washington – Tacoma. You will count, label, assemble, bag and box product inventory, perform basic inspections, and help maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include at least 6 months in production or packaging, English communication, and experience with Microsoft Office, Google, Slack, and Jira. Travel between buildings may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of related experience in production or packaging
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google workspace, Slack, Jira or similar tools
• English language proficiency, both written and spoken
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Responsibilities

• Package product inventory efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
• Ensure high-quality standards with QA/QC throughout shifts
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
• Report damaged or unsatisfactory products or equipment
