Job summary

Nefab is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team in Chicago. In this role, you will be the primary contact for packaging engineers, translating customer needs into effective packaging solutions that also consider cost and CO₂ impact.

Your responsibilities include managing technical projects, leading customer workshops, and collaborating with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in packaging engineering and technical sales, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience as a Packaging Engineer or in Technical Sales.
• More than 5 years of experience as an industrial CAD designer.
• At least 3 years of experience in corrugated packaging design.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for packaging engineers within a Key Account.
• Coordinate and manage technical projects and workshops.
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements and Nefab’s offerings.

Education
