Expect travel and a collaborative sales process across multiple industries. The role emphasizes relationship building, CRM-based account management, and strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Experience in consultative sales with medium to large businesses and long sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with a CRM to manage customer accounts and calendar.

Responsibilities

• Help customers master complex packaging details and uncover needs.
• Determine the right products and coordinate with experts when needed.
• Collaborate with the design team and engage customers on final product changes.
• Overnight travel expected as part of the role.
