Job summary

Asahi Beer USA in Wisconsin is seeking a Packaging Shift Lead to supervise a 7–10 person team across bottle filler, canning line, and kegging operations. You will direct CIP and preventative maintenance, manage daily line performance, and coordinate with the Packaging Management Team while upholding safety, GMP, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Able to complete required packaging tasks and targets per training matrix.
• Ability to operate forklifts and handle heavy loads safely.

Responsibilities

• Schedule weekly shift staffing and approve PTO.
• Coordinate Master Training Matrix and SOP updates.
• Create daily shift reports and manage packaging line data.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate issues to maintenance.
• Compile production reports, QA/QC sheets, pallet tickets, and run sheets.
• Supervise a team of 7–10 and meet with Packaging Management weekly.
