Job summary

The Packaging Shift Lead will supervise a team in packaging operations, operating the bottle filler, canning line, and kegger, and directing CIP and preventative maintenance. Based at our Wisconsin facility, you will manage daily line activities, staffing, and production quality while following safety, SOPs, and GMP guidelines.

We value hands-on leaders who can communicate clearly, train staff, and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Able to complete following packaging release targets and measurements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly shift staffing schedules and approve/deny PTO.
• Coordinate training and update SOPs with Packaging Manager.
• Prepare daily shift reports and QA/QC documentation.
• Communicate issues to maintenance and submit work orders.
• Compile production data in Excel and share with Packaging Management.
• Supervise a team of 7-10 individuals and oversee line tasks.
• Support line operations and reduce downtime as needed.
