Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Packaging Reliability Manager for the Baldwinsville packaging operation. You will oversee reliability programs, maintenance strategies, and continuous improvements across high-speed packaging equipment to maximize uptime and control costs.

You will collaborate with Packaging, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to deploy best practices, coach teams, and drive RCA and Six Sigma solutions while managing CMMS data and ensuring asset performance meets KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 5+ years leading maintenance and reliability programs in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Experience with CMMS, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging operation KPIs related to reliability, uptime, and maintenance performance.
• Lead implementation and standardization of maintenance best practices and RCM processes.
• Serve as site SME for equipment reliability, RCA, and Six Sigma tooling.
• Develop and execute reliability strategies for high-speed packaging equipment.
• Coordinate technical training for maintenance trades and operations staff.
• Coach and mentor teams to build reliability-focused capabilities.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs are understood and improved.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations on capital projects and lifecycle planning.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy, reporting, and user training.
• Monitor performance trends and drive corrective actions to reduce losses.
• Drive improvements in OEE, asset utilization, and maintenance cost management.
• Own and manage departmental maintenance budgets (ZBB and VIC).
