Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Packaging Engineer in Jacksonville, FL to drive continuous improvement across packaging line equipment and related systems. The role partners with Packaging, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to maximize uptime, improve line performance, and optimize maintenance costs.

You will lead capital projects, upgrade equipment, and develop business cases with ROI analyses while mentoring operators and technicians to elevate technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in engineering or maintenance with reliability programs in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Experience in packaging equipment, automation, controls, and industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements in packaging line equipment and controls performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase line uptime and reduce maintenance costs.
• Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and lifecycle planning with ROI analyses.
• Guide and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Support KPI achievement for equipment reliability, line efficiency, and maintenance performance.
