Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is hiring a Manufacturing Process Manager to lead two packaging lines in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. You will troubleshoot on the floor, coach teams, and drive process improvements while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or science, readiness to work various shifts, and strong leadership. The role offers growth opportunities within a nationwide brewer and benefits package including health and retirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, supply chain, science or related field.
• Willingness to work any shifts and weekends as required.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead by example.
• High comfort with change and ability to influence others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Front-line manager supervising operations and maintenance on a 24/7 production facility.
• Ensure Safety, Quality and Production on two packaging lines on your shift.
• Develop your team through upskilling and on-the-job learning to boost engagement.
• Lead problem solving and monitor key processes and equipment using lean and Six Sigma.
• Drive continuous improvement with senior leaders and set production plans and schedules.
