Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Williamsburg, Virginia is seeking a Packaging Reliability Manager to lead reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement of packaging line equipment. You will partner with Packaging, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to maximize uptime and optimize maintenance costs.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 5+ years of reliability leadership in manufacturing, experience with RCM, PM, and CI, strong problem-solving, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years leading maintenance and reliability programs in high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience with maintenance best practices, RCM, and CI.
• Experience with packaging equipment, automation, controls, and industrial electrical systems.
• Experience coaching trades in a unionized environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical controls, PLCs, automation, and predictive maintenance.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with RCA and business cases.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS.
• Experience with Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging operation in achieving KPIs related to reliability and line efficiency.
• Lead the implementation and standardization of maintenance and RCM across assets.
• Serve as site SME for reliability, RCA, and Six Sigma problem solving.
• Develop and execute reliability strategies for high-speed packaging equipment.
• Coordinate technical training for maintenance trades and operations personnel.
• Coach maintenance and operations teams to build reliability capabilities.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance is understood and improved.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations on capital projects and lifecycle planning.
• Maintain CMMS data, reporting, and user training.
• Monitor performance trends and drive corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in OEE, asset utilization, and maintenance cost management.
• Own and manage departmental maintenance budgets.
