Job summary
Primo Brands is seeking a Packaging Reliability Specialist to drive reliability and continuous improvement of production equipment (Utilities through End of Line). Reporting to the Reliability Excellence Manager, you will develop maintenance plans, coach teams, and support SAP CMMS based reliability programs.
This role requires up to 75% travel and offers a competitive pay range plus a 10% annual bonus, with health, retirement and life insurance benefits.
Qualifications
- Technical maintenance background in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Experience developing proactive maintenance plans; strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor mechanics and operators to improve reliability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain maintenance programs at market level.
- Design and optimize maintenance plans to meet reliability targets using CMMS.
- Contribute to maintenance budgeting and proactive tasks.
- Mentor and coach factory staff to improve skills and reliability.
- Lead root-cause analysis of breakdowns and update maintenance plans.
- Support factory escalations and travel up to 75%.
