Qualifications

• Six (6) years of related engineering experience.

• Advanced knowledge of engineering science and production principles.
• Ability to prioritize and manage large projects with minimal supervision.

• Meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and standardize maintenance strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive reliability improvements.
