Best Formulations LLC in City of Industry, CA is seeking an Inspector in the Packaging department to support machine operators, ensure product quality, and maintain accurate documentation in a GMP-regulated environment.

The role involves inspecting and packaging according to batch records, logging equipment usage, and ensuring compliance with safety and SOP requirements while contributing to a clean, safe production area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Any combination of experience, education, and training to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Support operation on a machine or function in the Packaging department to meet production targets with no quality or safety infractions.
• Operate various equipment.
• Inspect and package product according to specifications.
• Understand batch record specifications for each product.
• Prepare supplies and equipment to perform the job.
• Ensure quality requirements of product specifications are met.
• Monitor product quality and record observations.
• Complete paperwork at the beginning and end of each lot and shift.
• Report process and equipment problems to supervisor or lead.
• Maintain batch records and equipment logs.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions.
