Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read packaging documents to determine product specifications.
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products to standards.
• Remove finished packaged items from the machine and separate rejected items.
• Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear jams, and report issues.
• Stock and sort products, replenish packaging supplies and labels.
• Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.
• Clean and prepare raw products for processing and handle packaging materials.
• Monitor the production line for hazards, jams, or issues.
• Wrap and pack finished items in cartons or containers.
• Record operational data and categorize defects.
• Package products for shipment (e.g., pallets with specified counts).
• Assemble corrugated shipping containers, trays, and boxes.
• Perform final inspection of product quality and stack height.
