Job summary

CCL Label Food and Beverage in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support Technical Services, Production, Graphics and Quality teams. You will evaluate manufacturing methods, improve processes, and ensure capability and safety in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Mechanical/Process Engineering and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical, Mechanical or Process Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and optimize print and converting processes from inception through documentation.
• Analyze and optimize utilization of workforce, space, and equipment.
• Develop and validate best practices and training materials.
• Train team members and document training records.
• Maintain safety and regulatory reporting requirements.
