Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Project Manager for an onsite Marlton role. You will coordinate the flow between sales, estimating, accounting, production and the customer to ensure accurate data and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, orders, schedules, expediting, shipping, inventory, and reporting, plus supporting cost-estimating and new item meetings. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience in customer service/account management preferred.
• Experience in printing or packaging preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Must be proactive, a self-starter and able to resolve conflicts.
• Able to work with cost systems and estimating reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging/display/visual information flow between sales, estimating, accounting, production and the customer.
• Onsite role at Marlton site.
• Manage customer experience: quotes, orders, schedules/tracking, expediting, shipping, inventory, reporting.
• Estimate product quotes with sales/management; document accordingly.
• Process customer purchase orders; ensure data is complete, accurate and tracked for OTIF deliveries.
• Attend production and item meetings; organize cadence meetings for accounts; visit key customers/vendors.
• Provide continuous education on new technology and processes; contribute ideas for service, sales and procedures.
