Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/account management preferred.
• Experience in printing or packaging preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize is essential.
• Must be proactive and a self-starter/takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience across quotes, orders, schedules/tracking, expediting, shipping and inventory management.
• Assist with product estimating and prepare item-specific quotes.
• Process customer purchase orders with complete data and track for on-time in-full deliveries.
• Oversee inventory to reduce excess aged stock and control costs.
• Resolve quality complaints with root-cause corrective action.
• Generate and review customer and plant reports as needed.
• Participate in item meetings and production meetings to ensure order fulfillment.
• Support customer relationships through cadence meetings and site visits.
