Job summary

Idea Nuova, Inc. seeks a Packaging Coordinator to oversee day-to-day packaging program execution. You will own the tactical workflow, track dielines, and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires attention to detail, strong written communication, and experience with dielines, proofs, and retailer packaging systems. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position based in Bentonville, AR.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in packaging coordination or related supply-chain roles.
• Direct experience with dielines and proofing/approval workflows.
• Knowledge of packaging compliance basics (labels, testing/certification) preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven requests across multiple brands.
• Strong written communication for email and Teams collaboration.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Excel; quick learner of retailer portals.

Responsibilities

• Create and track task queues; respond to due dates for packaging programs.
• Complete packaging forms and gather documentation for new items.
• Own daily tracking spreadsheet; flag packaging type per SKU.
• Request, collect, and upload dielines (AI + PDF) into systems.
• Chase down dimensions and dielines from Walmart contacts when stalled.
• Manage art proofing and approval cycles with print vendors; route corrections.
• Confirm final files are released and posted to production boxes.
• Coordinate with QA/compliance to unblock approvals and flag failures.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for packaging vendors; monitor quotes and samples.
• Run weekly reviews of outstanding approvals and blockers; report to manager.
